Start your morning with movement, community and wellness at Walk & Talk III – Galleria Wellness Edition on 28th March 2026 at Galleria Shopping Mall, Karen. Beginning from 6:30am, this energising event invites individuals, families and fitness enthusiasts to take part in a variety of walking challenges designed for all levels.

Participants can choose between a 5km Family Fun Walk, a 10km Challenger Walk, or the more demanding 20km Walkathon. Beyond the walk itself, the event also features a full morning of wellness activities including Zumba sessions, calisthenics workouts, yoga and meditation, physiotherapy consultations, BMI health checks and nutritional talks led by wellness professionals.
